The County saved millions on our landmark downtown office lease; we later expanded to well over 100,000 square feet.

It is often quipped that the work of the County is the naughty and the needy.  Don't forget the nerdy, as new library branches took root.

The intersection of public purpose and real property is my professional passion , from public safety to transportation to infrastructure to affordable housing.

Working with the Deputy County Attorney and Facilities staff, we assembled and closed on a difficult infill location to site the East County Courthouse.

Sometimes, despite best efforts and solid foundations or work not our own or inherited, transactions fail or they even get the names wrong.  First time is not always a charm.  You deconstruct, you learn, and you rebuild.
